China Dental Lab FAQs

  1. Please fill out the Contact Us form. Usually, we will contact you with our Price List in 24 hours.
  2. For your prescriptions for scans, you can send them by email, along with digital scans. Or you can fill out our RX form.
  3. Please send digital scans (digital files) to spacedent@cn-dentallab.cn by Wetransfer or directly by email.

  2. Please fill out our RX form (or your preferred RX form), and properly pack your impressions and dental parts.
  3. You can email spacedent@cn-dentallab.cn for a pre-printed shipping label to make international shipping easy for you. To create a shipping lable, please provide: your name, your company name, your email, your detailed address, and your phone number.
  4. Please inform us of the tracking number right after you ship out a box. It is important for on-time pickup.

To ensure a safe delivery when shipping your cases to an overseas laboratory, please follow these steps:

  1. Please use boxes whose surface do not contain any markings or stickers. If you are using recycled or reused boxes, please remove all previous markings and stickers before shipping. This helps ensure timely and accurate delivery to the lab.
  2. Please disinfect all dental case materials, place them in a bag, and seal it. Wrap each model individually with bubble wrap or foam padding to protect them from damage during shipment, which is particularly crucial for any wax-ups.
  3. Please add extra bubble wrap to fill any empty Spacedent and prevent movement or potential breakage during shipping.
  4. If you are shipping an articulator, please remove the models from the articulator and wrap them individually. Or if the models remain on the articulator, disassemble the articulator. Wrap each piece individually and secure them in the box.
  5. If possible, please do not ship alginate, because alginate could dry up (become useless) during transit. With alginate impressions, please cast stone models before shipping.
  6. For shipping crowns, bridges, implant parts, or shade tabs, place them in a small container or sealed plastic bag to prevent loss or breakage, and staple it to the Rx. Ensure that the patient’s name is included and attached to the Rx.
  7. Any photos or slides included with the case should be placed in a plastic bag for protection.
  8. To prevent cases from being mixed up, if shipping multiple cases in one box, bag each case separately.
  9. Please DO NOT ship anything unrelated to dental work (say candies or cash). This is very important to avoid detention during Customs Clearance.
  • You pay for shipping to our dental lab in China.
  • We pay for shipping back, if your each invoice reaches to a certain amount of money.
  • We will charge for shipping (come to our dental lab) on your invoice, if you use shipping labels from us.
  • We don’t request minimum order, but you will have to pay for shipping back (if your each invoice does not reach to some certain amount of money).
  • Our customers are dental labs, individual orthodontists and dentists from all over the world.
  • You can pay by PayPal
  • You can pay by bank transfer
  • Invoice should be paid before each shipment

Remakes and Conditions

We provide a 5-year warranty for crowns & bridges and implant cases, and a 1-year warranty for removables and orthodontic devices. In most instances, we can offer repairs or remakes at no additional cost. However, additional charges may apply under the following conditions:

  • The restoration fails due to incorrect fitting, misuse, or accidents.
  • The previous restoration is not returned to us.
  • Teeth have been re-prepared and a new impression or digital scan is submitted.
  • The shade of the restoration differs from the original.
  • The material used for the restoration is changed.
  • We request a new impression or scan, but you still ask to finish the cases.
  • There are changes to the original design.

Refunds and Conditions

  • A full refund is available if a case requires a second remake.
  • To qualify for a full refund, the old restoration and its accessories must be returned.
  • Remakes or refunds due to production errors will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds or damages are limited to the amount of the invoice.
  • Credits will be applied to your next invoice, or a refund can be issued via PayPal.
